2. Our services
Hexrocket provides custom software and application development (with a focus on custom Android apps), licensing of the Disklone disk-backup software, and general IT services and support.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including text, design, the Hexrocket logo, and the Disklone software, is the property of Hexrocket and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to transmit harmful or unlawful content.
5. No binding contract via the form
Submitting an inquiry through the contact form does not create a binding contract. Any engagement becomes binding only once separately agreed in writing between you and Hexrocket.

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by Israeli law, Hexrocket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.
7. Governing law and jurisdiction
